The application review commission has shortlisted three candidates for the Malian Taekwondo Federation presidential election: Dr. Alioune Badara Traoré (outgoing president), Me Yacouba Oumar Samaké and Ms. Sy Aminata Makou Traoré. The elective general assembly will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at the Djoliba Centre in Bamako.
The Prime Minister, Major General Abdoulaye MAÏGA, was elevated to the honorary grade of 4th Dan Taekwondo Black Belt during a meeting with the delegation of the Malian Taekwondo Federation led by Dr. Ing. Alioune Badara TRAORÉ.
